How will I know when the restaurant received my Internet Order?
Once you submit your order, the Order Confirmation page will show the time your order was received along with an estimated time that your order will be ready for carryout or delivery. Can I use Pizza Hut Gift Cards and eGift Cards for online purchases?
Pizza Hut Cards can be used for online orders at participating locations. If a restaurant accepts the Pizza Hut Card as a form of payment, it will be an option during checkout. At this time, a customer can use one card per purchase and must provide a second form of payment in case the Pizza Hut Card they are using does not cover the entire purchase amount.

Why am I missing information like saved addresses, payments, and order history on my account?
You may notice changes to your saved account information as a result of recent enhancements to the Pizza Hut online experience.
Effected account information:
- Saved Addresses: Previously saved addresses will no longer be available. Moving forward, you can add and save addresses in your customer profile.
- Saved Payment: Previously saved payments will no longer be available. Moving forward, payment methods saved during checkout will be stored in your account.
- Order History: Previous order history will no longer be available. Moving forward, orders will be saved for up to 12 consecutive months.
We apologize for the inconvenience and encourage you to save your information moving forward for an easier ordering experience.
How can I purchase Pizza Hut Gift Cards?
You can purchase Pizza Hut Gift Cards online in denominations ranging from $5 - $100. Shipping charges apply for physical gift cards. Online orders are limited to a total order value of $500, exclusive of shipping and handling. You can also purchase Pizza Hut Cards at participating Pizza Hut locations. If you purchase a card at a participating location, you can load the gift card from $5 - $100.
I purchased a Pizza Hut Gift Card online, but it was never received it. Is there a phone number I can call to get help?

Should I keep my Pizza Hut Gift Card even though it has no value?
It is not necessary to keep your gift card once the value has been depleted.
I don't have enough value left on my Pizza Hut Gift Card to pay for my entire order. Can I still use it to place my order?
You can pay for part of your order with the Pizza Hut Gift Card and the remainder of the order with an alternate form of payment like cash, check or credit card at a Pizza Hut location. Split payments are not available if paying on the web or in the Pizza Hut app.

What is changing with Pizza Hut Gift Cards?
Pizza Hut is transitioning from legacy gift cards to a new gift card experience. While existing (old) gift cards will still be honored, how and where they can be used depends on the type of gift card you have.
How do I know if I have an old or new Pizza Hut Gift Card?
Old Gift Card (Legacy):
• 12-digit card number
• 4-digit PIN
New Gift Card:
• 16-digit card number
• 8-digit PIN
Where can I use an old (12-digit) Pizza Hut Gift Card?
Old Pizza Hut gift cards with a 12-digit card number and 4-digit PIN can only be used for in-store payments at participating Pizza Hut locations.
Carryout Orders:
Customers should select Pay in Store during checkout and present the gift card at the restaurant to complete payment.
Delivery Orders:
Old gift cards cannot be used for delivery payments. Customers will need to select a different payment method.
Can I use an old Pizza Hut Gift Card on the website or app?
No. Old (12-digit) gift cards cannot be redeemed online or in the Pizza Hut app. They are only accepted in store at the time of payment.

What is a coupon code?
A coupon code is a code that is assigned to a Pizza Hut coupon that helps to identify the deal you want to redeem. The code is easy to find because it has either a square or circle around it or it will be clearly labeled as a coupon code.

Can I change to a different reward?
If you wish to change your reward after adding a free item to your cart, you have the option to remove the item and select a different reward. In the cart, simply remove the free item. This action will release your points, allowing you to use them to pick another available reward.
Can I use Hut Rewards on both the Pizza Hut app and website?
Yes. Hut Rewards points can be redeemed on both the Pizza Hut mobile app and the Pizza Hut website. Sign into your Hut Rewards account to view and redeem eligible items. Challenges and exclusives are only available in the app. Availability may vary by order type or location.
Can I change my reward if I didn't complete my order or my order timed out?
Yes. If your cart is cleared, such as when an order is not completed or times out, any promotions or reward items you previously selected will also be removed from the cart. To change your reward, simply reapply the desired item to your cart. If you wish to pick a different reward, remove the promotion to release your points and choose another available reward.
How many reward products can I redeem?
You can redeem one of each reward item from the catalog, if you have enough points for each redemption. Each reward must be redeemed individually through your Hut Rewards account.
Do I have to pay for anything in conjunction with my free reward product?
You are responsible for taxes, delivery fees, and any delivery minimums. The delivery charge is not a driver's tip.
Can I redeem my points in stores?
Not currently. Redemptions are online only for carryout or delivery.
Are there any restrictions on redeeming Hut Rewards?

What are Exclusives and Challenges in Hut Rewards?
Exclusives are special Hut Rewards member-only offers available only in the app.
Challenges help Hut Rewards members earn rewards faster upon completing activities within a set time after activating the challenge in the app.
Where can I see my Hut Rewards points and rewards?
Sign in to your Hut Rewards account on the website or app to view your current points and rewards. Any active Exclusives or Challenges are found only in the app.
I placed a future order, why can't I use my points?
Points are deposited into Hut Rewards after you receive your order (typically within 24–48 hours).
Can I get credit for past orders?
If a customer joins Hut Rewards within 24 hours of a transaction, the points from that order will be added to their Hut Rewards account (typically within 24-48 hours). Any points for previous transactions beyond 24 hours cannot be applied retroactively.
What if I don't complete my order?
If you do not complete your order after redeeming a reward item, the redeemed item will remain in your cart. However, you may need to manually re-add the item to your cart to reapply the redeemed reward before checking out.
Can I pay with a gift card?
Yes. You can pay with a gift card on Hut Rewards transactions. You will also earn points on eligible items in a gift card transaction.
Can I split payments between a gift card and another payment method (i.e. cash or credit card)?
Split or partial payment options are not currently available on the Web or App platforms. To complete a purchase, the gift card must have a sufficient balance to cover the entire transaction amount.
Is there a delivery minimum on orders with a free reward product?
Yes. Delivery charges and minimums vary by store. The delivery charge is not a driver's tip.
Are all Pizza Hut locations included in Hut Rewards?

When will my Hut Rewards points appear in my account?

Can I partially redeem points and pay the rest with cash?
Reward items require points only and cannot be combined with cash or discounts for that reward item. Non-reward items in the same order are charged separately at checkout.

Pizza Hut supports passwordless sign-in using a one-time verification code sent to your registered email address or mobile number.
What happens to my Hut Rewards points if I cancel or return an order?
If an order is canceled or refunded, any points earned from that order may be reversed or removed from your account.
